More about me

Those who know me a little know that a good conversation makes me truly happy. Ideally with my daughter, my parents and my friends, gathered around a table with a cheese board, a lovely chutney, a glass of aged port and, of course, a piece of dark chocolate within easy reach.

From an early age, I have been sensitive to both the spirit world and to the emotions, grief and pain of others. That sensitivity has guided me towards healing, mediumship and personal development. For me, mediumship is not only about contact with the spirit world — it is above all about attuning, trusting, continuing to learn and making an ever deeper connection with your own life force. So that your soul has the space to grow.

I see mediumship as a development of the self, with your own soul at its centre. My own development within mediumship began over 23 years ago. During those years I have followed courses and training at the Arthur Findlay College, The Barbanell Centre and various spiritual centres in Scotland and the south of England. I look back with great gratitude on all the inspiring teachers who have played a role along my path. I have since been awarded both the Diploma Demonstrating and the Diploma Speaking, and I am a tutor at the Arthur Findlay College.

Based in West Friesland, North Holland, I work as a medium for clients both nationally and internationally — in person and online. I am also regularly active in Germany, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and other inspiring countries.

Travel is another great joy in my life. Not so much to tick off destinations, but because I am fascinated by people themselves. Discovering new cultures, experiencing different ways of life and having meaningful encounters that often lead to a deeper connection — and from which warm friendships can grow — that is what gives me energy. I am always curious about what occupies people, what inspires them and how they approach the big questions in life that we all ultimately share. That is why I still feel a sense of joy when I pack my travel documents, a notebook and a camera and set off towards a new destination full of stories, insights and new experiences.

My approach

For me, mediumship is not only about what is passed on, but also about how that happens. I believe it is essential that people feel safe, seen and at ease. That is why I work in a calm, grounded and respectful way, with room for mutual trust and connection — focused above all on your personal growth and development.

Education and qualifications

After many years of following wonderful training programmes, particularly abroad, I am a diploma holder and certificate holder of the Spiritualist National Union (SNU) in Stanstead, UK. These diplomas cover mediumship and public speaking, with an emphasis on spiritual philosophy.

I am also certified and accredited in Healing, as well as in teaching Spiritualist Healing. My background includes work as a coach, medical secretary, acupuncturist, Vedic Art teacher and Soul Plan teacher — alongside many other varied experiences that have shaped who I am today.

This background supports my work, but the core remains the same for me: genuine connection, clear communication and respect for each person’s own path.

And yes, learning will always be part of my life. As an accredited healing medium, I am currently working towards my Diploma Healing — another beautiful journey of deepening.

Alongside mediumship, Vedic Art is a great passion of mine. This form of painting is a way for me to give expression to what lives within, and to return to the essence of who you are. Colour, paint, pastels and canvas give shape to my feelings, my inspiration and everything that moves me. Perhaps that love of creating began at the moment the spirit world made itself known in a different way — through the drawing and painting of portraits of loved ones who had passed.

And that, for me, brings the circle full. My mediumship began when the spirit world literally started to wake me and guide me to pick up pen and paper to draw portraits together. As a child, I also always worked with clay, shaping faces of people I could not identify. Perhaps that was where it all began.

And when time allows? I like to spend it with friends, new encounters and everything that brings colour to life.

“Carpe Diem” has always been my motto. It is precisely the bumps, the detours and the challenges on our path that teach us to truly live. Is it not wonderful that they ultimately bring us exactly what we need in order to grow?
